Dustin, and Meaghan in the Vermont office, have provided us consistently professional, friendly and responsive service — and controlled our population of mice and carpenter ants. Last winter and spring, we had mice in the kitchen, laundry, ground floor rooms and basement. In the warmer weather, we had carpenter ants eating through our ceiling insulation. Dustin gave us a clear and thorough explanation of their methods and expected outcomes. We chose an initial treatment with monthly visits & bait station refreshers. As Dustin had said they would, thanks to the working of the bait stations the mice have stayed outside, with just a few ventures into our basement, but stayed out of our living areas. The carpenter ants stopped their activity.
