We have been noticing Termite swarms for the last month. Once again they are right on time like clock work. A home I was in yesterday was severely damaged. My screwdriver went right through 50% of the floor joists. A 14 of the main support beam was also eaten away. The house was really caving in, unbelievable. Sounds like another job for our home repair Technician Bill Robinson.

Keep on eye out for Large black Ants. Carpenter Ants have had a jump start this season due to the early spring we have had.
