Pest Inspections

Mortgage inspection or W.D.I reports: These inspections are very important, we recommend any prospective home buyer to spend the extra money and have an inspection done. We supply W.D.I. reports or Wood Destroying Insect reports to all. These inspection reports are required by F.H.A\ VA -H.U.D loans, but we supply them to all our W.D.I customers. We are in search of Termites, Carpenter ants, Powder Post Beetles, Carpenter Bees, and evidence of previous treatment. We can also recommend preventative maintenence pest control and point out conducive conditions. We work with realtors, home inspectors, loan officers, etc. and provide hundreds of inspections annually. If we do find any pest activity you'll be dealing with the most professional, knowlegable personel in the area. We will be able to inform you and give you advice on what has to be done. Then we can be there to provide any neccesary service needed, this way you won't have to worry about finding another company and if they are good enough to provide the proper service.

      The most important part of any one program or treatment is the inspection. The inspection allows the pest control professional to get a good idea of what is going on not only inside but outside as well. From their, specific treatments can be made and specialized programs setup. Every house and every infestation is different, therfor a treatment or program should be setup to fit the needs of each individual house and infestation.
